Position Title: Skilled Maintenance Worker

Department:Facility Management
Position Description: Seeking an individual with excellent carpentry skills, basic general maintenance skills of plumbing, minor electrical, HVAC understanding, and mechanical skills such as welding, small engine repair, etc.Background in health care environment a plus. Must have good work ethics, and good references. Must be able to work weekends adn long evenings if required. Must be a team oriented individual.

    Qualifications:
    Education:Must have HS Diploma or GED
    Special Skills:Basic computer skills
    Physical Requirements:Stand; walk; use hands repetitively to finger, handle, grasp, or feel objects, tools, or control; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk; use of hands and foot control repetitively. The employee is required to hear alarms on equipment, client call, and instructions from physicians/department staff.
