Position Title: Skilled Nursing Facility - RN

Department:Skilled Nursing
Position Description: Assists, plans, implements and evaluates the nursing care of residents within the long term care setting. Responsible for ensuring continuity of care of the residents between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by CNAs, LPNs and supportive staff members. Participates in resident and family teaching. Maintains role as resident advocate on the facility's mission.

    Qualifications:
    Education:Must have HS Diploma or GED
    Experience:Must have acute care experience
    Special Skills:Basic computer knowledge
    Physical Requirements:Stand; walk; use hands repetitively to finger, handle, grasp, or feel objects, tools, or control; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk; use of hands and foot control repetitively. The employee is required to hear alarms on equipment, client call, and instructions from physicians/department staff
    License Required:Must have current Colorado RN license and current BLS certification
