Paid Time Off
Employees accrue paid time off (PTO) for vacations, personal business, holidays, and sick pay. Accrual rate for full-time status includes 23 days* per year for the first four years and up to 36 days* per year after 10 years of employment.
To help employees plan for their financial security in retirement, we offer a 401K plan. AVRMC will also match employee contributions.
Flexible Spending Account
Our Flexible Benefit Plan allows our employees to set aside money for the purpose of paying certain expenses with pre-tax dollars. Funds may be used for out-of-pocket healthcare expenses or dependent day care expenses.
