Arkansas Valley Regional Medical Center (AVRMC) intends to apply for a United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) Brownfield Cleanup Grant for the west nursing home and sanitarium buildings located in La Junta, Colorado. On January 19, 2026 at 4:00PM the AVRMC leadership team will host a virtual meeting to present on this topic via Microsoft Teams.

All persons are welcome to attend and comment. Comments or questions pertaining to the project and proposed application should be sent to Chris Kaufman at ckaufman@avrmc.org by Monday, January 26th.
