Dishwasher (1st & 2nd Shift) - Nutrition Services

Job Summary:
• Pushes food carts to elevator and then to patient areas.
• Returns food carts to kitchen.
• Washes dishware and trays utilizing dish machine.
• Documents dish machine temperatures after each meal service.
• Cleans work area.
• Collects and places garbage in compactor.
• Informs Supervisor of supply or equipment needs.
• Reports any unsafe or malfunctioning equipment or in need of replacement or repair.
• Other duties may be assigned
Skill/Education Requirements:
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• One to three months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
