HTP/HQIP Data Tech (Part-Time)(Day Shift) - Quality Risk

Job Description

- Hospital Transformation Program (HTP): The staff member will provide quarterly and annual reporting requirements for the HTP program. Data collection and analysis for those measurements set by AVRMC. Attend monthly, quarterly, annual meetings held by HCPF. Report data collection and analysis to Quality Director monthly, quarterly, annually.

- Hospital Quality Improvement Program (HQIP): The staff member will provide annual reporting requirements for the HQIP program. Data collection and analysis for those measures set by HCPF. Attend monthly, quarterly, annual meetings held by HCPF. Report data collection and analysis to Quality Director monthly, quarterly, annually. Assist Quality Director when new measures are initiated by the HQIP program. Educating, training, process improvement, or creation of new processes are also some of the other duties the data tech will need to be able to provide.

- The data tech may assist in other duties as needed by the Quality Director.

Skills/Education
- One (1) year certificate from college or technical school. (Required)
- Current driver’s license (Required)
- Three to six (3-6) months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with medical terminology and coding (Preferred)
